Related Products and Services Contract.

BRYAN, TEXAS – May 19, 2013. Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA) is pleased to announce OfficeMax North America, Inc., a leading supplier of office supplies and services, has been awarded Contract No. 13-100 for Office Supplies, Related Products and Services.

Local governments, education and public agencies such as Cities, Towns, Counties, Special Districts, Political Subdivisions, K-12 School Districts, Colleges/Universities, and Nonprofits can execute an Interlocal Purchasing Agreement with PSA to utilize this competitively procured contract.

MEMBERSHIP with PSA is available at NO COST.

The contract enables members to access OfficeMax’s complete line of products and services, including (but not limited to) paper, toner, office supplies, cleaning and breakroom supplies, technology products, print and document services, furniture and space planning services, and promotional products.

PSA member agencies that buy off the contract on an annual basis receive varied Rebates (1.5%, 2.5% or 3.0% rebate back to each member of the member’s total annual net purchases). Click here for more information about rebates and other incentives.

Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA) is pleased to announce that DOCUmation has been awarded Contract No. 13-101 for Multifunction Devices, Related Products, Services and Solutions. The contract is available for use by public agencies effective immediately and includes the following products and services.

Equipment Solutions: Digital multifunction office equipment, printers, facsimiles, scanners, duplicators and more.

Technology Solutions: Electronic document management solutions, fax servers, full suite of enabling software solutions, workflow solutions and more.

The Brazos Valley Aging and Disability Resource Center has opened its doors in the Center for Regional Services. The Brazos Valley Aging and Disability Resource Center, a program of the Brazos Valley Council of Governments, serves seniors and people with disabilities of all ages, their family members and caregivers by providing useful information, resources, and assistance to find the help they seek. Our resource center is packed with brochures and resources as well as computers for people to use as they apply for benefits or search for information.
