Participating Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA) member entities have the opportunity to further increase savings through continuous use of PSA Contract No. 08-100 for office supply needs and more! PSA has approved an Amendment to our cooperative contract with OfficeMax which improves the structure of the rebate program for the sole purpose of providing additional value and savings to our members.

Please see below for details of these improvements to the rebate program:

Volume Incentives
.5% rebate increased to 1% rebate for members that purchase $500,000 or less in a year.
1% rebate increased to 2% rebate for members that purchase $500,001 or more in a year.

Electronic Commerce Incentive
Participating members receive1% rebate on e-commerce purchases with 75% of purchases via www.officemaxsolutions.com.

Previously, this was .5% rebate for members that purchased $500,000 or less with 75% of purchases via e-commerce. AND 1% rebate for members that purchased $500,001 or more with 95% of purchases via e-commerce. Now, ALL members no matter size of budget can achieve some additional savings by focusing applicable purchases through on-line ordering.

Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA) is pleased to announce that Strategy Sources, LLC has been awarded Contract No. 11-100 for Compressed Gases. The contract is available for use by public agencies effective immediately.

Cities, Counties, Special Districts, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Districts, Political Subdivisions, K-12 School Districts, Colleges/Universities, State Agencies, and Nonprofits are eligible to execute the PSA Interlocal Purchasing Agreement to utilize this competitively bid contract. Membership with PSA is available at no cost to the End User.
