Contract Details

Orders:  Orders are placed directly with MMS, referencing the PSA Contract No. 10-105. All orders can be called in, faxed, emailed to emsorder@MMSMedical.com, or placed on line through MMS state of the art website ordering system 24-7.  End Users can sign up for online ordering via the website, or by request through their account manager.  New End User (account setup) applications can be emailed, faxed, mailed or completed via online format at www.MMSMedical.com.

Pricing:  MMS catalog is published every two years and available to End Users on request.  PSA Members have access to all products available through the MMS catalog and/or can request PSA contract pricing through the MMS website.  In addition, a core list of approximately 350 high-use EMS products with substantial price discounts is available. Each entity is allowed to select a combination of products from the core list or shop the full-line catalog and request PSA contract pricing, to fit their needs.

Delivery:  All products/goods priced under this Contract are FOB Destination, full freight allowed and paid by vendor.  End User is free of shipping charges on all orders of $100 or more.  On orders of any goods/products under $100, a $7.50 charge will apply and added to the invoice.  Orders shall be delivered within 1-2 consecutive calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).  Shipping costs will be incurred by End User for any special shipping instructions (e.g. expedited shipping – freight charges will be prepaid by MMS and added to the invoice).

Returns:  Prior to returning a product, End User is to contact MMS Customer Service at (888) 540-3232 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).  Product must have been purchased from MMS, in original packaging and in saleable condition.  Credit shall not be issued for product that has expired or that will expire within 30 days, discontinued items, refrigerated items or custom orders.  All stocked merchandise shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for merchandise shipped in error by MMS.  Pharmaceuticals/Drugs must have 60 days good dating to be considered for return.
