Vendor Information
PSA program procedures conform to the requirements of Texas’ statutes applicable to a formal competitive procurement process. Products and services are contracted and offered through the PSA program after having been subjected to either the competitive bid or proposal process.
We intend for contracted products and services to be available to all of our participating member agencies nationwide. Therefore, we generally seek to establish contracts directly with manufacturers, nationwide distributors, and other providers at a corporate level. We encourage business through local dealer relationships, however, we prefer the involvement and commitment of senior levels of management within any company wishing to be a contracted vendor of the PSA cooperative purchasing program.
Vendor Registration – Required Contact Information:
To register as a potential supplier/vendor click on the Vendor Registration Form button below, fill in the required information and submit. Vendors that would like to receive bid/proposal opportunities from PSA are encouraged to register. If your company has already downloaded a current bid/proposal solicitation and intend to respond, please be sure to complete the Vendor Registration Form so that your contact information will be on file and help to ensure your company will be notified of any changes to the bid/proposal soliciation(s) that are issued prior to the submission deadline. Failure to provide this information may cause your proposal to be non-responsive.
NOTICE: Providing information and completing the online registration form does not automatically qualify your company for the PSA program. Vendors must first be awarded a PSA contract through the formal competitive procurement process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Michael Lucas (mlucas@bvcog.org).
